We all know that great cuts of meat can entice customers, but what about the stories we tell while we’re preparing their orders? I’ve been experimenting with demonstrating cuts and sharing cooking tips at my shop recently, and it’s amazing how much more engaged our customers become. Looking to hear how others incorporate personal touch and storytelling in their processes to enhance customer connections.
I totally agree that storytelling engages customers. I’ve found that sharing where the meat comes from and how it’s raised really resonates with them. Have you considered using social media to showcase those stories, too?
Telling customers about the local farms we source from makes a huge difference. I recently started using a chalkboard to highlight the farm and the cut for each order, and it really sparks conversations. Have you thought about any visual elements that could enhance the storytelling aspect in your shop?
